Volks,

I'm frustrated beyond words trying to get the knob for my refrig that adjusts the temps from my closest 3 Dometic authorized dealers. Repeated phone calls to clueless people have me at wits end. I started this search in April and still haven't located the dang thing. Does anybody have a "sure-fire" source for these parts?

If I ever get it I'm popping the frig out and hope to do the gas pressure tests, clean the orifices, replace and upgrade the fans, install an internal fan and temp sensor, yada, yada. Unfortunately I can barely turn the temp regulator valve without this knob.

Help!
