Hi Karl and All, The temperature 2 reading varies some with different sensors and thermostats. I have never seen a properly operating one as high as 0.20 volts when warmed up. I have never had a digitool installed and operating below zero F either. I like your 0.12 volts, it is right in the ball park with most. Temp 2 signal as well as all the other sensor must be stable and no jumping around excepting for the o2 sensor. I have seen temp 2 as low as 0.04 volts. The key is to know your system and normal operating voltages and one can pick up very slight anomalies. Digifant and digijets have very similar readings. I have been playing with the digitool on my 78 westy which has an 81 Cal vanagon L-Jetronic system and it is very different on most voltage readings. Darrell
