Ah..... the pleasures of Eastern cars, salted roads, and
dissimilar metal contact corrosion!

Try scraping as much of the external corrosion off (I'm guessing
that it does have it), heating with propane torch and spraying a
good penetrating oil such as Aerokroil.  Get a hand held impact
from Sears (fairly cheap at around $20 and world's better than
the cheap chrome Chinese jobs) and a good quality 3/8ths
impact adapter to use your Snap-On drain plug socket.  I've
been the cheap route myself and it doesn't work on stuck plugs.
Between the heat, oil, heat, oil, impact, heat, oil, impact
routine it should *maybe* come out.

If not, then get a siphon pump (it looks kinda like a grease
gun but has two hoses.  One sucks when you pull the lever
and the other pushes.) You may have to do the siphon pump
boogie several times as you won't be able to get the hose
all the way to the bottom.  Just get as much as you can,
top off, and drive around a bit to slosh it about.  Do this several
times and that'll be the best you can do under those
circumstances.

Just remember to refill with a good quality synthetic GL4
75w90 weight gearoil, such as Redline MT90.
