We have been getting Nokia tires for our vans - studded snow tires that is.
We use to run 205 MXV's in regular conditions (50K mi).  These Nokia's have
been so  fantastic I'm curious if they can be had in either a highway or M+S
version.  The tires on the '90 syncro we just bought are brand new Cooper's
with a very aggressive tread. We'll keep them on, but too early to say if
we'd recommend them.  They are 6 ply instead of reinforced sidewal, but seem
to handle well and the sidewall isn't sagging (I hate that wimpy look!).
You might check into the Nokia brand and the Cooper's.  Let us hear what you
end up with.
