I am INCREASING the amount of FUEL to my engine and it is getting better
mileage!!  NOT LEANING IT OUT.  I tried that and it did not make the power I
expected.  With MORE fuel the power is there and the mpg's are increasing.

Remember that I built a custom engine to get more power AND better fuel
efficiency.  That is, MORE power out of the same amount of fuel by burning
more thoroughly.

Also, I am tuning my engine APART from "stock" setting to make it run better
with my modifications
