As far as  I can see,  this isn't a hardware problem  at all, but rather
it's a software problem: a well known memory leak in Windows NT.

Buying  new hardware in this  case  is like having   a  bad ground in  a
Vanagon and trying to fix it by installing a new ECU and a new AFM.

Just my DEM 0.02 worth.
