I had the exact same problem, after checking fuses, relays,replaced the headlight switch, etc... it came down to the infamous IGNITION SWITCH.

70 bucks replaced by the dealer, BTW they diagnosed it.

No problems since. As they say here on the list, if your electrical problem isn't a ground replace the ignition switch first.
