Just to let people know how my experience with having used that grease needle to grease all my CV's turned out.... after about 7,000km (and a hot trip to Fla.) I am just now starting to get a little bit of grease coming out of my boots but NOT at the hole made by the needle... only at the small end of the boots.... just as a guide, I used 20 pumps (with a hand grease gun) and Canadian Tire CV grease on each boot.... looks like I could have used 30 pumps, no problem.... It made all the joints quieter. Rob 87 Westy SyncroGL.....Cynosure 87k km Moonstone Ont.
