Mark, It's not too hard. Find the radiator, fan, mounting brackets and wiring from a waterboxer. It will all go into the space provided. Also find a lower grill and cut an appropriate hole to mount it. Next, get a couple lengths of 1.25" electrical thin-wall conduit (EMT), a tubing cutter, and a conduit bender. Use these for coolant lines from the engine compartment to the radiator. You can either drop the gas tank (good time to replace those rotten rubber fuel lines and grommets), or just run the lines under the tank if you don't mind losing a bit of ground clearance. The radiator will handle the Suby engine just fine.

I assume you have seen KEP's offerings?

Larry
