Colin, Don't bother with used equipment for this, most likely it is cracked and worn too. Just call the Bus Depot and have Ron ship out a brand new tank. It comes with the cap. You can also get the coolant level sensor for your van. Try www.busdepot.com, they have the best price on the net. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE O-RING for the LEVEL SENSOR IT WILL LEAK FROM THERE IF YOU TRY TO USE THE OLD ORING even if it looks good.

I just did all this and they were quick in expediting the coolant tank.
