Well, the elring kits only come with black sealant and I have not had a problem with it the previous time I had redone the heads. FWIW, I had to tear down the engine 6 months later because one of the valves seized on its guide and I was told by the shop that did the work that they couldn't tell which valves they had touched... After that, I stopped dealing with said shop as much as possible... The yellow stuff allows one to retorque the heads occasionally - is there are other benfits to using it? I think the sound of this bolt prep stuff that someone had mentioned which I shall use if I got the head off without breaking the stud...
