Sorry to be so long getting back to you - I have started to reply a couple times and stopped because I haven't been able to come up with the name of the place. There is an older German guy in the Sebastopol area who I have heard good things about, but his name escapes me. Hans? Sorry - if I can come up with it I'll post it here.
