Get yourself a "pro" type panel remover from Eastwood for $10 if you
really want to be careful.  (Part #52035, http://eastwoodco.com) You
will still probably damage some of the hold-downs though.  The outside
handle loosens sometimes, and you can tighten it from the inside of the
van, but I don't remember whether the panel had to be off or not.  See
