FWIW-I had my last Tri-Mill 'Bobcat' style Baja extractor flamed sprayed with aluminum. Not the most current and technically advanced method as I believe that its been around since the '40's, but was cheap and effective. Ran me about $45 if memory serves. After the flamespray I simply used a high temp paint to cover the open aluminum pores. That exhaust looked fresh and no rust was noticed after a couple of years outside in our glorious Pacific NW weather.
