Hi gang
The ol' bomb had been running miraculously well....
Stepped on the accelerator to pass a slow moving vehicle and something
popped....the accelerator went dead to the floor seemingly unattached from
whatever there is on the other side of the floorboards. The engine was still
running and as I was only about 2 or 3 km from home it was no problem to get
back (slowly) running at 900 rpm.
Tomorrow morning when I peel away the spare tire to see what the problem is
what should I be looking for? Will it be a cable? a pivot? Anyone
experienced a similar misfortune?
