I'm having a similar problem with the drivers side electric window on my new 89 GL. It hasn't completely gone yet and it rolls down fine but I have to press the button repeatedly before it will go up. Once it starts moving it rolls up at normal speed so I'm thinking it's probably the switch rather than the motor or wiring but I havn't tested it out yet.

Could it be a bad motor, do this happen often? Before it > completely stopped working it would go out intermintantly. Any suggestions? > -Scott Holpainen > '90 Syncro Westy >
