Actually, I believe that straight water is a better thermal conductor than
coolant.  I believe that's why you never use straight coolant; although it
would give you great boil over and anti-freeze protection it wouldn't keep
your motor cool enough.  Seems like too much coolant, not enough water would
make the motor run hotter, not cooler.  I could be wrong however, so don't
listen to me.
