Subject:      jiffy lube
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;

sorry to hear about your luck with the jiffy lube type place. I work at an Auto dealer and I can't tell you how I cringe when I see a jiffylube type oil change sticker in the window. I have had to use my 1/2 in. air gun to get drain plugs out, cut all but the base of filters off and then use an air chisle to get the resty off not to mention lots of stripped threads and some even held in with bluegoo.Make lots of noise and you will probably get what you want out of them. good luck!
