   My dip stick gets this way also. I would be consered about the gauge
being that high though. Your fan should come on with the AC as soon as
the compressor turns on. Make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks.
This will cause high temps.
    No sign of the MXL tire? Did get  a tracking number?
