Sure. Two years back when I was replacing the ignition switch about every two to three months for about 3/4 of a year, and before the good Vet. listee (Robbert) from N.C., told me about having too many keys or thing-a-ma-bobs hanging from my key chain killing the switch. I culled down the weight from the key ring and haven't had a problem since. But going back to your inquiry, one of the varied symptoms I incountered was intermitent operation to eventual total loss of electric windows (though this was on both sides and not just one side, if I recall correctly). It was from all that experiance that lead me to write up the proceedure for changing the ignition switch that can be found in the archives.
