pop the dust cap with a screwdriver, then remove the bolt (10mm) and
washer
visualize the angle of the blade arm currently and how far up you want
it to be.
Then fold blade up (in the air perpendicular to windshield) and pry,
twist and yank the bugger off.

Re seat on shaft at new (visualized) angle and tighten down nut.

just did it with my windshield replacement, may take a few tries till
you get it just right.

Remember to tighten the nut with the arm in the air, then after
tightening fold down to windshield.
