I found several of these manufacturers on web sites... the vehicles all end
up $40-50K by the time you add 4x4.  Do a search on van conversions.  One of
them is a huge full size motorhome with custom 4x4 that looks like an army
terror vehicle in white... and a huger price to go with it.
