I (we) just sold Magic Bus. Instead of being happy that we sold it, we are depressed because we have lost a member of the family. Some of you will understand, others will just think we are crazy.

For all of you suffering from various aliments on your Vanagon and for those lurking and wondering about VW Vanagon reliablity, let me say this. Magic Bus (85 auto GL Vanagon) was one of our most reliable vehicles. It never broke down or left us stranded. You do the maintenance on them and they will last.

I only hope that FreeBird (82 air-cooled Vanagon Westy) is as reliable. FreeBird will never be for sale.
