Bently has procedures for rebuilding calipers, very detailed I might add, however if yours is leaking it may be better to replace the whole caliper. That is what I am doing on my 87 westy and mine is newer then yours. These PA salted roads really help to rust things away. Ken Wilfy and the Bus depot both have good prices on brand new calipers and the replacement is pretty straight forward.

I'll post my procs next week after I finish the job.

If you prefer to save some green, a good cleaning (blow out with compressed air) and re lube may extend their life for a while.

I am just paranoid about brakes (and tires) especially with my 2 year old riding in the back.
