I have seen Vanagon bumpers from Mexico, Italy, and elsewhere. Most lack the holes for the impact strip, fit poorly, and are noticably flimsier than stock. Judging from their generally poor quality I would not be surprised if they also rusted out quickly. I don't sell them.

The ones I sell are distributed by Dansk (Denmark), although I am told that they are actually made by the O.E. supplier to Volkswagen. These do have the holes drilled and fit correctly. I can't say that I've held one up against an original one to confirm that they're exactly the same guage but they are close, and certainly heavier than the aftermarket ones I've seen.

I believe they're on the website at $129 at the moment. My cost fluxuates wildly on this item, depending on where I have to get them, but I try to keep the price under $150.
