He has several options for you, in several price ranges.

I got the DELUXe cover from him last winter, and it worked great, but make sure you prop something up inside the roof rack area. If you don't, snow (if you have snow where you are) melts in the luggage area, and freezes your cover to your pop top like a rich kid to daddy's wallet.

As for the antenna question, just lower your antenna, or... the cover I got came with a small kit to make a specific hole to go around the antenna.
