Not to mention the sand in every conceivable place - All of the rubber boots do a great job of holding the sand and grinding away precision parts. I once did a similar bone headed EGO thing with my van in Morocco. I "surfed" down a sand dune just to prove to my friend that my syncro westy could go any place his Land-Rover could go. Never again will I have to 'prove' anything except how much money I can pay the mechanic. Malcolm S
