Last visit to JL in Rancho Cordova CA, the guy managed to get the right
end of the van, had changed the filter & then asked "You want me to check
the coolant?" Like, duh - it's air-cooled!! It took them ages to find the
correct filter (such that it was) and never replaced the copper washer.
We never went back there .....
