A customer came in today with a burgandy Westie. He had some minor work done and said that he is moving back to California (where the van is originally from), and that he would consider selling the van to some folks here in the east coast if they would be interested. The van has power: windows, door locks, and steering. Also has 4 speed manual transmission with relatively new clutch. Engine is a VW factory rebuild with about 50,000 miles on it and running well. The body is decent with no rust, however you can see where some bondo has been on the nose and it is cracking (currently covered by a black bra). Also there are a few dings on the body but nothing ugly. Interior is the full Westie and in nice shape. Nice Extras include a Thule roof rack, a Dometic Catalina awning, and VW tow hitch. The van will be here again on Friday if anyone wants me inspect it for them to buy. P-mail me and I'll give you the owners phone number. Thanks Ken Wilford Van-Again John 3:16 |
