Well, I finally installed the carat jump seats into my '85 GL. Everything went in pretty nicely and the finished job looks neat and the seats feel great. However, I'm wondering if I mounted them properly...the front driver's and passenger's seat backs are jammed back to back against the jump seats. Granted this is with the front seats all the way back in their tracks (or maybe just one notch forward) but the jump seats do affect the amount of rearward angle you can set on the front seats, particularly as you push the front seats towards the back of the tracks. Is this normal? Can you Carat/Wolfie people slide your front seats back all the way and still set lots of rearward angle on the front seat back? Do your seats get jammed back to back? Thanks, Mark |
