Cornell plantation is worth a visit, and the two gorges between the Cornell campus and ithaca (falls creek and casadilla creek) are both beautiful. Then furter down towards Pittsburgh is the Alleghany forest, and various historic sites but I wrote about that already a few weeks ago.
