The EV has that bus feel that only the VW Bus has. I love driving either one. It is too bad that the Westy is no longer available. You can purchase the Weekender EV new, which has a poptop, but no cabinets etc. The short wheelbase EV campers are much more solid than the EVC (or so I have been told) which is built on the long wheel base EV version. If you are really considering a EVC, then I suggest you sign on to the EV mailing list http://www.maller.com/ev_update/ Steve Lashley '93 EV MV '74 Campmobile http://EuroCampers.com Importing New German Side Tents and other Cool Accessories for Bus, Vanagon and EuroVan |
