I have been having power loss problems on my 85 vanagon and have been checking
various components with a multimeter.  Re the Airflow meter, it checks out
within specs.  However, the temp sensor I should have a reading of somewhere
around 1500 ohms at 30 centegrade--when I take the reading it reads about 50
ohms.  I let took it out and let it sit in the sun today  and it then read 40
ohms--its going in the right direction.  I have been taking the reading off
pin 1 and 4 (6 and 22) off the electrical connector.  



Question--could this be my problem; is the temp sensor I bad?
