Mr. Nimo...what about your civil procedure class! The long arm statutes and minimal contacts....and place of contracting and performance (delivery of engine) as basis for venue.

You should be able to sue a vendor in your local court if they are conducting business in your state over the internet or the phone or through the mails. Serving them might be a little more difficult, but not very hard. steve
