The original one did not have a window on the van access side. My dad got one with his 68 Westy when he bought it new. And I bought an original equipment one for ($25.00 in 1973!) from a friend who got it with his with a '70 Westy. I let it go when I sold my '71 Westy a few years ago. If I had known what they were worth, I would have kept it. The window in yours was probably added later.
