A diagram is not necessary. Clip one rear facing seat bracket into the quick
release pin into one of the rear facing seats. Now put the seat behind the
front seats as it would sit, lean the bracket against the base where it
mounts, level, mark your holes with a black marker. Drill through, install
bolts, washers and nuts. That's it.  The outer bolts will come through the
inside of you fender well, no problem though. It's an easy jop. Good luck.
