That's the difference in the Canadian model and the US..... CSA standards
required a different electrical setup for approval in Canada..... it's the
fastest way to spot a Canuck Westy... it's sort of like if you only get a
fast peek at a fleeting quarter panel, you can tell a Syncro (from a
non-syncro) by the gas filler location.
