Red paints of all shades suffer from fairly rapid UV degradation, especially horizontal surfaces in a sunny climate like yours. If paint restoration products, waxes or polishes don't do it, repainting is your only option. I am currently in the middle of doing this with an acrylic polyurethane enamel, which is the longest lived auto finish currently available. Not too difficult a job, but you do need a good quality paint sprayer and compressor (not to mention neighbors who are not too close). And the paint is expensive $150 for paint, reducer, catalyst, surface cleaner and buffing pads, but it should last a long time.

Having to replace my rubber seals is what prompted me to do this. Painting with them removed in easier and will give a better result. -- Stuart MacMillan Manager, Case Program 800-909-8244 ext 208
