I want to share an alternate source for center caps that fit the stock alloy
rims. My stock ones were peeling and the tabs kept breaking off. I found that
Porsche used center caps on their 924 that fit our Vanagon alloys. (part #
477 601 151 D) These are solid black and have a Porsche crest in the center.
Believe it or not, these are much cheaper then VW caps, a set of 4 cost
$16.00 at a dealer. They look a little different, not as rounded off as the
original but I like them better.

I hope this saves someone some $$$.
