Can you tell me a little more about your case against GEX?  Small claims
court, I assume?  I would also think you'd have to be within your
warranty period unless you could prove that GEX installed used parts
when they advertised "new", or something along that line.  But beyound
claiming they build a "Premium" engine (meaningless term) they never
really specify what it is you're getting.
