Interesting problem...... My 87 GL automatic starter turns fine when cold but slower on hot re-starts...sometimes a lot slower. BRUUP..........................BRUP...................................BRUP.... ...............BRUP..Vroom............... and god forbid you try to start it hot with the lights (mistakenly) left on. BTW the first battery of unknown origin that it came with passed a load test but I traded it in for a new correctly rated one but It only got slightly better. Any suggestions?
