Top lever is defrost air, right is on Next is heat, right is on Third is bottom air, right is off Fourth is rear (unheated) air, right is off.

So for maximum unheated bottom air, from the top -- left, left, left, right.

This curious arrangement is so that if you have a sudden emergency need for maximum defrost you can slam all the levers to the right with one hand as you engage afterburner with the other, and as your right hand slips off the heat levers it will wipe the fan switch to full on. :-|
