(I'm not Ken) Well, certainly you can turn the bolts the same as an A/C mech. The thing is, after the original rx-dryer is removed, the system should be blown with nitrogen to remove as much old oil as possible. Then after the new o-rings and new rx-dryer is installed, the system should have first a pressure test for leaks, and then a hard vaccuum pulled to remove as much water from the system as possible. At least, that's how it was done on mine, and to me, it makes sense. Why go through the whole process, just to have the system leak or be contaminated?
