I and a friend were both teaching in Stuttgart Germany in 1970 and bought 1970 Westys with the little square top, his green, mine red. We had some good times camping together around Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. He shipped his back to Oregon in Summer '70, and I shipped mine to Fla, later sold mine in Geneva, NY. I have not seen too many of that vintage with the little top, wonder if mine is still around??? (check the glove compartment, I cut a hole in it to connect a cassette player to the radio) 85 Westy, Herbie |
