More of a happy report this time. I had a trip from my hometown (Arendal, Norway) to the capitol (Oslo) thursday, driving my 87 Syncro 8-pax, of course. The trip was a total of 625 kms, of which 500 were highway driving, at speeds between 80-120 km/h. The rest was city driving around Oslo, including much goofing, not finding the right way etc. I also have a quite heave right foot, pushing the van good. Still, the fuel consumption was only 10,3 liter/100 kms!! I never thought the 112i engine could use so little, especially considering my driving habit. In a Syncro even!! Now I love this van even more, and it was a very cool and comfy ride too. Never a problem keeping up with traffic, rather the traffic going too slow!

PerL 87 Syncro 112i
