The two drain pipes are located behind the louvered air vents at the upper back corner of the van. When they are plugged the interior floors get very wet and odiferous.

Remove two screws and don't drop them into the well. Pull out the drain pipes. Note they are not dripping (because they are plugged). Snip off the end about 1/4 inch. Use a wire or something to pull the gunk out. Now the water gushes out. If adventurous, squirt water up one pipe and watch it come down the other to make sure the drains work.

Now figure out some other system to absorb the water and get it evaporated. After creating swimming pools in the well in the humid southeast (based on the amount of drainage after stopping), I stuffed thick rope into the tubes and tied the other end on the next to bottom louvre hoping for wicking. The pigtails look cute. Can't tell yet if it works. But some sort of sponge system would probably work better.
