Hello all,
I recently purchased and had installed an S&S header system for my 87
syncro.  S&S sells the same header system for syncro and non-syncro
vans, so anyone that has an S&S system can respond.


If you have an S&S header system, how well did it install/fit?  Any
problems with misaligned flanges at the cylinder head?  On your system,
how were the sleve fittings leading into the 4 into 1 collector
secured??


On my system the flange for the right rear cylinder head does not lie
flush, resulting in a leak.  Also my mechanic used U-clamps to secure
the sleve fittings and one of them is not completely sealed--another
leak.
