Subject: optima D750S
Content-type: text/plain

I can not remember who recommended the optima d750 series for the auxiliary battery compartment behind the drivers seat for the Westy, but, now that I have ordered it and tried to put it in, I see its quite a tight fit. In fact if it does not fit upright in my '84 Thats ok its sealed and can go anyway, if it'll fit. I can not get it to go in sideways without some hammer/hacksaw work.

Before beating on my beloved westy, I thought it was worth asking the group. Is there a trick that I have not thought of yet. I took the seat off and tried everywhich way, with no success.

Who ever recommended these things, step into the light, let me know your secrets.. David Johnson Phone: 620-3251 Fax: 620-3540 Compliance and Enforcement Technician Timber, Horsefly B.C.
