I have thought about putting on a "T" on my fuel line with a connection to connect a marine gas tank into the system. That way if you run out of gas you could just connect the tank and drive away. could not figure where to put the tank though. also thought about hard wiring in a 1-2 gallon tank near the tranny that had to be filled by lifing the hood. this would be connected with a RV fuel tank switch that yoiu could switch over to get to the gas station. This could also be used as a anti theft device--put it on the 1 gallon tank when you are parking the car-- if someone steels it you have a 15 +/- radius to look in.
