Not true...in Europe, the exhaust units will replace similar non-cat units. No Change. But if they were improted into the US, each unit sold would would mean the removal of a Cat from a vanagon, and hence an overll increase in pollution. Watch your right brain, Ron, it seems willing and able to trick the left side!

Thank god you didn't adopt this line of reasoning, which is the same reasoning drug dealers, cig makers, cheap hand gun makers etc. use to justify their deadly products. The list would be reeling for weeks from the arguments over this!
